Four people were shot and killed and another was wounded by a gunman wielding a Palmetto State Armory AR-15 "pistol" with an arm brace and a 30-round magazine as he stalked through an office building in Midtown Manhattan.

Isn't one of the main excuses the GOP has for not banning guns that the problem is the person, not the gun?

So, why cancel funds that are dedicated to helping the person?
