Isn't one of the main excuses the GOP has for not banning guns that the problem is the person, not the gun?
So, why cancel funds that are dedicated to helping the person?

In Okiehomie this is considered a public service. Governor Brownshoes Stitt, enemy of his Cherokee tribe, has stated publicly that more guns makes the Sooner or Later State a more polite place. In other words, watch your tone or someone will pop a cap in you...
