The judge did not throw out the entirety of the murder charges against Luigi Mangione, but said two of the most serious charges -- murder in the first degree as a crime of terrorism and a second-degree charge related to terrorism -- were not proven by the prosecution's case presented to a grand jury.

Good it wasn't Terrorism.

It was Misuse of the legal concept to pile on more charges that weren't applicable.

Typical stuff for the Dotard and Friends.

Murder One gets the job done and he's actually guilty of that.

Unless overcharging him somehow screws that up too.

A guy kills a rich person because of liberal ideology...not terrorism.

Double standards are a liberal's best friend. Where we should all be championing the utmost penalties for both situations, people hate each other so much now over their political religion that we can't even do that.
