The New York Times reported that the Environmental Protection Agency would cease to calculate the negative health impacts of air pollution in its future rulemaking process and only consider industry costs.

I remember back in the day, when I was a child, going outside and having my eyes start to burn from the air. I also remember looking that the horizon and seeing that the sky near the horizon was brown. We used to cal that the ring around the horizon.

That seems to be where Pres Trump wants to bring the United States.
