Vladimir Putin Increasingly Paranoid About His Security

Russia President Vladimir Putin has grown increasingly paranoid about his personal security. His cooks, bodyguards, and photographers have been placed under surveillance and are banned from using mobile phones or any devices with access to the internet in his vicinity. He also ordered that surveillance systems be installed in the homes of these people and any visitors to the Kremlin must now go through two rounds of screening.

The unprecedented security measures have been introduced in recent months owing to Vladimir Putin's intensifying fears of a coup d'etat or assassination attempt, according to a European intelligence dossier.

An international arrest warrant for war crimes issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague remain active for Russia President Vladimir Putin.

An INTERPOL Red Notice has been internationally diffused for this notorious fugitive from justice.

An indictment is merely an allegation. To ensure a fair trial, Mr Putin must be presumed innocent until he is proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt at an international tribunal to be held for him in the Hague at a future date.
