Sounds very perverted, evil and quite Nazi-esque. Mounting evidence points to Israelis as trying to out-Nazi actual Nazis.

From this information it would appear that Israel monitors all information in and out. Essentially, the cell phones required to scan the code on IDF leaflets indicating "safe zones" are factually used to target.
Using this system they undoubtedly murdered their own hostages early on.
