Senate Democrats Subpoena Leonard Leo in SCOTUS Ethics Probe
Senate Democrats on Thursday issued a subpoena to a conservative legal advocate they are investigating in response to a series of ethics controversies at the Supreme Court involving lavish travel and gifts to justices.

"Mr. Leo has played a central role in the ethics crisis plaguing the Supreme Court and, unlike the other recipients of information requests in this matter, he has done nothing but stonewall the committee," Durbin said in a statement to CNN.
"This subpoena is a direct result of Mr. Leo's own actions and choices."

It's funny how Leo, the architect of this rwing SC and Citizens United... and the Godfather of Dark Money... takes the Trump tact of accusing others of what he does.
His reason for rejecting the Subpoena? It's backed by, "dark money"!
His real reason is that it would take 60 Sen votes to make him testify, and he personally owns enough Republican Sens to never have to do so.

There's not ethics controversy for Thomas, Alito, Comey, Kavanaugh.
They simply have none.
