Here's the Money Quote from Judge Chutkan's Wednesday Ruling in Trump's January 6 Case Trump could "share responsibility" with the rioters. That sure doesn't sound good for him.

"At the end of the workday on Wednesday, Judge Tanya Chutkan dropped another little treat on the former president*'s lawyers. She ruled that their attempt to reopen the discovery process was largely DOA. The money quote is on page 19.

"In any event, the court is not persuaded that the USAO-DC prosecutors' statements actually contradict the Government's position in this case. It is entirely conceivable, for instance, that Defendant could share responsibility for the events of January 6 without such express authorization of rioters' criminal actions that they could claim entrapment-by-estoppel or public authority defenses."

FFS...he planned it. He knew what would happened. He put the plan in motion 8 months before 1/6. He was in on the planning of every frivolous lawsuit. He was on tape extorting GA secretary of state to fake 11,780 votes for him. He was at the heart of firing the US AG and replace him with an accomplice who would lie that there was fraud and was only thwarted by the threat of a mass resignation at DOJ and them going public. His constant lies of the election being STOLLEN were designed to enrage the low IQ magats in the crowd. He was ENRAGED when the secret service said rally goers were turned back because their WEAPONS set off the detectors.

Share responsibility? Yeah... 10% them 90% him.

This is just lawfare. Chutkan should be jailed and replaced with Judge Jeanine Pirro.
