The head of IAEA said that North Korea's nuclear weapons program has grown "exponentially," and urged talks between Washington and Pyongyang. "You cannot have a country like this which is completely off the charts' with its nuclear arsenal," said Rafael Grossi, Director-General of the IAEA. Pyongyang has anywhere from 30 to 50 nuclear warheads and enough fissile material for 70 to 90 nuclear weapons. On 10 Jan 2023, North Korea joined Israel outside the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) by its withdrawal, while Iran remains a signatory. The morbidly obese Kim Jong-un is nefariously building his WMD program with help from Vladimir Putin while the North Korean people starve or get killed fighting for Russia.
