The only people who treat this topic in absolutes are idiots like Visitor.
Nobody ever claimed it's zero.
The (correct) claim is that it's so infrequent it's not swaying elections.
Of course, this stupid pile of s(*& will ignore the 10:1 ratio of repubs to dems committing the fraud...
