I'm of two minds on this bill.

One side of me says that parents should monitor and instruct their children on the proper use of a smartphone.

The other side of me notes that parents seem to be abdicating that responsibility.

So, is a new state law needed to protect the children of Connecticut from Big Tech?

What do other States think?
