I kind of wondered if that ship was seaworthy when it left the dock. They had reported power problems for a few days while in port.

#3 Redial A news station was talking about the fact that in recent years this ship had been involved in some accidents due to malfunctions. Is it possible there was a failure to maintain the ship's seaworthiness. I believe they will find the answer is yes. Only because they were having problems with the power on the ship going on and off. Yet they still decided to go out.

Probably wouldn't want to be the captain in a case like that. I'm pretty sure it's his call.
