James Fishback said the whole idea came to him in a recent dream: Send American taxpayers dividend checks with whatever money Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency saves as it dismantles parts of the federal government.

If they do something like this expect it to happen just before the midterms. They will have time not only to destroy the economy but then also send out relief checks to seem heroic to the simpletons who vote red.

Based on the real numbers or the fake numbers? Because if it's real numbers, I can't wait to see people's faces when they open their checks for a fat $0.97.
