Yup! And the Muslims put those imaginary definitions to good use a thousand+ years ago, massacring unbelievers, converting peeps upon pain of death, ejecting non-Muslims, and stealing their land.

And the Jews took back what they believe is theirs under their right of return. Which is ironically what the Palestinians claim entitles them to take back the land that they stole from the Jews (who, of course, took the land from someone else ...). And the Jews have nukes, so they're not going anywhere.
All this fuss over what is 0.014% of the world's land mass. And, objectively, some of the least desirable land at that. Ridiculous.
If the Palestinians want to wed their future to that, so be it. Rather sad that they don't pick up and move themselves elsewhere, like the defeated have done for millennia in this world. For the benefit of their children, if nothing else.
Personally, I think the strategy that is more likely to succeed for the Muslims is for the Israeli Muslims is to outbreed the Jews. They could take over the country in as little as 20 years through the democratic process. And then they can slaughter the Jews, which all they really want at the moment. Before the Sunni and Shia turn on each other to continue the religious idiocy.
