i'll just keep my opinion about Supreme Court Justices still serving and retired who should have been selected to move to the next dimension to myself but I will say David Souter has been missed on the court and will be in death as well.

Souter seemed a decent sort, compassionate, sensible not on the take, definitely a Republican of a sort not much seen these days.
