"Roughly half of U.S. adults report that Trump's policies have "done more to hurt" them since his second term began six months ago, the survey found.
About 2 in 10 say his policies have "not made a difference" in their lives, with about one-quarter saying his policies have "done more to help" them."

Trump's policies have the status of a coiled rattlesnake in my life and the lives of the people I know.
We all understand that it's only a matter of time before it strikes and bites somebody, envenoming them..
By the way: News is that Trump is frantically trying to kill a NYT story on Epstein, described as "bombshell".
The reason we see Trump as a snake is because he is a snake.

Fun Fact: The Drudge Report was created when Time, at the request of the White House, held off on running the Monica Lewinsky story while the White House worked to smooth over some details. In the meantime, Matt Drudge got a hold of the story, put it on his website, and is now worth $100M.
So, if there's really a story, someone might be $100M richer.

I shouldn't say created, but I think that's how the site became a financial success.

We had some layoffs, every Federal government customer has DOGE threatening to shut down their IT operations to varying degrees, and some people I know in research, specifically blood cancer and HIV, had grants cancelled.
I get the cancelling HIV research because who cares if the little squeakers like BillJohnson dies, he's dead inside now.
But cancer research? Fuck Elon Musk.
