US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is now authorized to expand its law enforcement authorities. Newly-minted USCIS 1811 classified officers (commonly known as special agents) will be empowered to investigate, arrest, and present for prosecution those who violate America's immigration laws. The Director of USCIS now has the authority to order expedited removal and investigate civil and criminal violations of the immigration laws within the jurisdiction of USCIS. USCIS will handle investigations from start to finish, instead of referring certain cases to Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) or ICE.

  • The USCIS mission statement: "USCIS upholds America's promise as a nation of welcome and possibility with fairness, integrity, and respect for all we serve."

All these wasteful government jobs is what DOGE is supposed to cut... Instead we get secret police that hide their faces. And Republicans cheer for the secret police that hide their faces.

This story is worse than it looks.

The Trumpf junta deployed 33,000 federal agents from other Cabinet branches to boost the number of ICE personnel conducting raids. For example, State Dept and IRS 1811 criminal investigators, as well as Deputy US Marshals, have not been doing their jobs in order to rapidly deport migrants. The State Dept DSS protects diplomats and facilities and UNGA convenes in NYC in a few weeks.

Moreover, FLETC is freezing training classes for agencies other than ICE, so other departments won't be able to train their agents, such as VA-OIG, NASA-OIG, FDIC-OIG, or DOD-IG criminal investigators.

The Trumpf junta already slashed the rigorous FBI academy down from 16 weeks to eight, which is less training than the standard FLETC CITP of ten weeks. By contrast, US Army Military Policemen receive 20 weeks of total training.

The FBI also eliminated the education requirements for the once elite FBI, so non-college graduates will be dealing with the FSB, Mossad, MSS, ISIS, mafia, outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMG), and white collar criminals grifting with crypto-currency or Wall Street goniffs conducting insider trading. A few years ago, US Army Counterintelligence Command began sending their CI Agents (97B/35E/351B) to FLETC when they used to be trained at Ft Huachuca, AZ by grizzled US Army CI veterans of the Cold War. How many US Army CI Agents won't be trained in the next few months is unclear.

BLUF: At the cost of other agencies, the Trumpf junta is establishing a permanent army of ICE Sturmabteilung.

Will they get to wear brown shirts, neckties and jodhpurs like their SA role models? And what about that paragon of homosexuality Heinrich Himmler? Will he be rehabilitated as part of this? Does it really mean "Make America Gay Again"?
