#1 Download a free copy of Linux, most flavors are easily doable.

#2 Burn disk.

#3 Boot up with the disk and delete that windows crap off your box.

#4 Install Linux and a vpn.

#5 Voila!

I use Linux and Windoze on the used iMac I bought on Ebay. I'm always at least 3 versions behind the current whutever... Normally I play in Apple... and Linux... lots of fun freebie softs for it...

Windoze when I have to... because most people work in windoze so when forced or compelled... or the occasional game.

Since I extracted myself from the Adobe/Microsoft subscription biosphere... I'm a better-balanced and happier person now... (blink blink) so I rarely venture into all that doze security silliness

Ah yes, Adobe.

The company that promises the ultimate improvement in productivity, but really just kills productivity and causes rage with their endless popup ads.

Problem is Linux is not user friendly. No more just click and install.

And not all commands you run when you goggle how to do something work on all flavors. It can get frustrating.

I use Parrot for daily internet surfing. I create a VM in Virtual Box and then install a Nord VPN to create privacy.
I also use Kali in my job as an ethical hacker/penetration tester.

I also use Arch by the way..
