An international arrest warrant for war crimes issued by the ICC remains active for Benjamin Netanyahu and ex-DM Yoav Gallant. The Istanbul Public Prosecutor in Turkiye issued nationwide arrest warrants for these two suspects, as well as 31 other Israelis accused of crimes against humanity. An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of a law.
