A rapidly strengthening winter storm, known as a bomb cyclone, is less than 24 hours away from delivering an unusual amount of snow, damaging winds and dangerous coastal flooding to parts of the Southeast and mid-Atlantic.

Nashville got slammed with an ice storm. 2 inches thick on my driveway before it started melting. Looks like a nuke went off with all the fallen limbs and broken trees everywhere. We had 3 cut down at our place and too many large limbs to count. A 10 inch log went through our roof. All fixed now.
Our power's been out since last Saturday, and there's an insufficient number of linemen thanks to our elec co turning away thousands of IBEW crews from elsewhere because they didn't want to pay union wages. Sadly typical of greedy ccorporations.
Still 200,000 without power (75k) homes.
Thanks for your anti-union BS Republicans. Caring more about the almighty dollar than your customers!
