Turnout during the first week of early voting for the Texas primaries exceeded the same period for both the 2024 and 2020 primaries, despite turnout typically being higher in presidential election years. Democratic turnout is more than double what it was during the past two election cycles.

Had an odd thought, what if the midterms actually go totally against Trump, as do the 2028 elections? Can I adjust to mostly trusting my government in contrast to how I feel about the Al Capone/Putin villains that are running things now? And for that matter, what on Earth would Fox propaganda news do for viewers if Trump is finally seen by MAGA as the danger that it truly is?
Can one live on trust? I forget.
