JBS Workers Launch First US Meatpacking Strike in 40 Years
Striking JBS employees took to the streets of Greeley, Colorado, before sunrise on Monday to picket against the world's largest meat company, in a rare labor stoppage at a U.S. meatpacking plant and a sign of upheaval in the beef industry.

My guess is that this will not reverse the recent upswing in the price of beef.

As of February, a pound of 100% ground beef chuck would set you back about $6.70. Since the change of administrations, that price has ballooned by 22% " or an increase of more than $1.20 per pound.
