"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of Oligarchy and to the Kleptocracy and Hypocrisy for which it stands, one nation under an invisible and intolerant Judeo-Christian God, with liberty for the wealthy and injustice for all."
The US Department of Education resumed collecting on defaulted student loans on Monday. More than five million borrowers are currently in default, and that total could swell to roughly ten million borrowers within a few months, according to the Trumpf junta. The federal government has extraordinary collection powers on its student loans and it can seize borrowers' tax refunds, paychecks, as well as Social Security retirement and disability benefits. read more
Three people were killed and five wounded after a fight broke out during an event described as a "concert/car show" at El Camaron Gigante, a steak and seafood restaurant in Glendale, AZ, ten miles northwest of Phoenix. Around 300 people were in attendance at the outdoor venue when a dispute between two groups led to a firefight. No arrests have been made and police are searching for suspects. In an average year, 1,290 people die and 2,125 are wounded by guns in Arizona. In 2022, 48,000 Americans were killed by firearm violence. These are wartime casualty figures. To save lives, state governors might wish to deploy US Army National Guard medics to the hotspots of mass shootings depicted below to triage victims of these urban skirmishes. read more
The USIC rejected a key claim Dotard Trumpf put forth to justify invoking a wartime statute to summarily deport Venezuelans to a prison in El Salvador. The National Intelligence Council (NIC) released a declassified and slightly redacted report stating that US intelligence agencies do not assess Venezuela president Nicolas Maduro controls Tren de Aragua, a criminal gang. This determination contradicts Trumpf's assertion when he invoked the "Alien Enemies Act" to deport Venezuelans or other undesirables. read more
Abdul Rahman Waziri, the father of two infant daughters and an Afghan refugee who fought alongside US Special Forces, was shot dead in Texas after a dispute over a parking space. Waziri fled to the US to escape the Taliban and was killed in the parking lot of his west Houston apartment complex. Witnesses said they saw the suspect vandalizing Waziri's car, and then the fight broke out. After the fight ended, the shooter retrieved his gun and fatally shot Waziri several times. Although the suspect was arrested, the DA declined to press charges. read more
Canada PM Mark Carney Conferred With Dotard Trumpf in White House
Mark Carney told the Dotard that his country would be "never for sale" as they met at the White House amid tensions on tariffs and sovereignty. In their first Oval Office meeting, Trumpf insisted to the recently elected Carney that it would be a "wonderful marriage" if Canada agreed to his repeated calls to become the 51st US state.
But afterward both leaders hailed the talks as having made progress -- even if Carney said he had asked Trumpf in private to stop calling for Canada to join the US.
"As you know from real estate, there are some places that are never for sale," Carney told property tycoon Trumpf, comparing Canada to the Oval Office itself and to Britain's Buckingham Palace.
After the two-hour meeting both leaders struck a positive tone. Carney told a press conference that the trade talks were "complex" but that his two-hour discussions with Trumpf were "very constructive."

Drudgers should stop wasting time arguing the issue with obstinate dinosaurs who will only refute them with jejune or cliched talking points.

Did the Dotard-in-Chief immediately call the leaders of these two nuclear powers or was he taking his afternoon map after meeting Canada PM Mark Carney?
Nota Bene: PM Modi has the backing of Dotard Trumpf and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Expect asymmetric warfare responses by Pakistani proxies inside India or the Maoist Naxalites who have been fighting the atrocious caste system in India for decades.

Trumpf had announced that he stopped the costly bombing campaign of the starving Houthis which only served to harden their resolve while wasting US military resources. The Houthis have retaliated on behalf of the poor Palestinians, including a successful missile strike on Ben Gurion Airport the other day.
