FACT: Once the winner has a 3% or more advantage in the total popular vote (over the loser's total popular vote total), it is mathematically impossible for the loser to get 270 (or more) Electoral Votes.

I might be misunderstanding, but I don't think that's correct Hans.
For instance, if 20 million people vote in Florida for Kamala, and only one person votes in each of the remaining states + DC for Trump, Kamala would have close to 100% of the popular vote. But Trump would still become president (508 electoral votes to 30) even though he only received slightly above 0% of the popular vote.
