It certainly doesn't look good for the shooting agent at all. Difficult to legally justify. But man the agent that disarmed him should have yelled "gun secure!" It's just as important to announce that as it is to tell everyone there is a gun.

Majority isn't the way our system works. Eleven people can out-elect the rest of our nation combined if they're the only ones to vote in the most populous states.

And Kamala didn't even have a majority last time around, even if our election did turn on majority rule. People who throw their vote away on third parties elected Trump just as much as the people who voted for him outright.
