(2) Under what legal framework are these attacks/killings by US force conducted?

Maybe Trump should look into the matter, see if there's some way it could be released.

Oh, my guess would be: not much.
I mean, other than his words and actions.

The Xtreme Xtian wackos seem to have a somewhat different take on "suffer the little children."

I'd like to see Trump - and I'm serious about this - come to the realization that unless and until he releases the Epstein Files the stench of suspected pedophilia will continue to swirl around him, never dissipating and only gathering momentum with the passage of time because of his increasingly desperate effort to bury the information. It would certainly be good for the politics of this country.

And, if he's telling the truth, ending the Epstein Coverup's sequestration of evidence should present Trump with no cause for personal harm or embarrassment.

That is, once again, if Trump is telling the truth.

Which is, frankly, hard to imagine given that he keeps acting guilty as all hell.
