It was simple, the left refused to allow votes so Trump wouldn't get his nominee's. They wouldn't vote and say no they just wouldn't allow a vote.

We HOPE it comes back to bite them. I think it's still 50/50 at best that we even have elections. My reasoning is because it's really hard to imagine fascists giving up any of their power. Project 2025 may not even be put to the test, given the sheer volume of ignorance we have in the USA.

And to keep on topic, Dems aren't blocking Trump's tariffs because they are bad, they are blocking them because they are good and as we know anything that Trump does that is good for this country is bad in Dem's minds, you know because they love this country.

In regards to these decisions, these cases were brought on initially in liberal districts and not because the cases had merit but because they would take time to get through the courts and delay Trumps agenda. That's why the SCOTUS was acting on the cases quickly.
