And to keep on topic, Dems aren't blocking Trump's tariffs because they are bad, they are blocking them because they are good and as we know anything that Trump does that is good for this country is bad in Dem's minds, you know because they love this country.

In regards to these decisions, these cases were brought on initially in liberal districts and not because the cases had merit but because they would take time to get through the courts and delay Trumps agenda. That's why the SCOTUS was acting on the cases quickly.

That case was the biggest joke of them all. Banks don't loan on real estate based on what an applicant tells them what they think the real estate is worth, they do their own appraisals. Someday if you ever try to buy a house and need a mortgage see how the process works.
