The is no "democracy" at the federal level. There is only the Constitutional Republic.

The Supreme Court is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Keep all power OUT of the hands of a central government. The power needs to stay with the states and rightly so. That's the only place the people actually have power. At the local level. This ensures California has no power over Georgia. It ensures the mob in NY has no power over North Dakota.

Fuck mob democracy. Our founders knew it. They saw progressives coming from a mile away.
