Fascism is the permanent rule of the very rich over the rest of us, using violence, intimidation, and above all, gaslighting propaganda masquerading as independent media. Capitalism in America made the transition to fascist state building years ago.

For once there is a politician who is willing to call Israeli apartheid for what it is, a murderous land grab. Evil is noted by the universe, and then there is payback. I hope against hope the world can somehow find a way to help Palestinian Arabs create a state before they and their dream are killed. Killing Arabs to establish an Israeli state means Israel no longer deserves American support. And yeah, I wouldn't trust Trump to do the right thing ever.

Murder is murder, and just because you have the power to kill at will doesn't make you a savior, it makes you a mass murderer like Ted Bundy.

Trump is a man clearly in the grip of delusion, immersed in his own inner turmoil and memories. Reality, now that is not allowed in such a brain, nor is caring for the poor and powerless, especially if they are not engaged in bending a knee and genuflecting to the same delusions that he is.

Strange how China is held in such low regard, if one goes to Fox unNews, and in such high regard when it comes to major world nations who are not run by an idiot who says that human caused global warming is a hoax.

Men of vision and peace, proven warriors for the rule of law. America revealed that at least some of us had a clear vision for a future of wonder, and unity, when we elected President Obama.

All I have to defend my country from the forces of fascism, and both Trump's former Chief of Staff and his former Secretary of Defense said he was fascist to his core, is my itty bitty vote. I would love to cast a vote for, say, Mark Kelly for President and someone like AOC or Mayor Pete for VP.
Hope there are both midterms this November and of course, the elections of 2028, without a Trump in sight when one looks to the federal ballot.

The National Guard is a well regulated militia, the guy who wants to buy an easy to convert to automatic fire assault rifle...not in a militia other than the one in his mind.
As long as the far right keeps us divided and afraid to assert our needs for peace and safety, all mass gatherings will have to be protected from...that guy.

If Putin hadn't attacked his friendly neighbor...so many people on both sides would still be alive. We are now, in more and more parts of the US, a fascist state, and that is that. We are as the Russians were as their Soviet State fell to outside forces, the CIA etc, and to inner oligarch rule.
I vote, living in a Blue State in a Blue City, as least for now, one's vote means something.

There are six "Justices" who lied through their teeth at the Congressional hearings, saying there really was a thing called stare decisis...and then they did what they could to overturn the people's right to have human rights, say, the right to own their own bodies...and certainly they were all about Citizens United changes that stole American elections for the oligarchs. As Trump said, they owed him their jobs, and they paid him back a hundred fold.

That is the thing about delusional thinking, when one is talented in such ways, one can be commanding an army of supporters working for all, when in fact one is simply a muttering fool. Still, like the Mafia leader who wandered around NY city pretending he was crazy to avoid "the man"...not easy to fool people into leaving you alone when they watch you profit mightily from your crimes.

Put simply, a significant part of Trump's "army" is composed of the "non-college", people who never went to college, and would never go, they were intellectually separated from those who would go and become leaders and all that. So sure, Trump mocks the educated, for those who really will show up, are showing up, for elections, seeing Trump as their champion.
Sure, Harvard talent is great and necessary, but for too long this country offshored the jobs "the non college" used to have, this country lionized those with Phd degrees and denigrated those in the trades.
Happened in Hungary, in many places across the world, as the far right wins previously showed.

No one wants Iran to have nuclear weapons, certainly they were not working for such things when President Obama's deal was in force, and very few wished for Israel to build up a massive force of at least two hundred nuclear weapons of mass destruction aimed straight at Israel's enemies in that part of the world, including Iran. If one nation develops and aims weapons at another sovereign nation, that sovereign nation has the perfect right of self defense.

One wonders if we are at end stage Trump administration, where he resigns and retires to Mar a Lago and doesn't have to worry about insulting his base, or if we are at end stage American Constitutional Republic, since he is now bragging about not bothering to follow several of the Constitution's mandates, including going to Congress in regards to his illegal attack on Iran that led to $5 gas.
Or yeah...both.

At this stage in the Trump conspiracy, literally no one can be trusted to protect the people's interests over...Trump's personal needs and wishes. She is free to plead the fifth, they are free to give her a pass on anything she says, she is free to say she would not reveal Trump administration secrets. And there we have the hearings?

Trump is responsible for the carnage. Sure, he is old and lost in his delusions, but legally, he is perfectly fine to stand trial for the many, many war crimes he has committed. It is murder in every jurisdiction in America to kill criminal suspects extrajudicially, by the way.

Why yes, we are led by idiots and very, very incompetent people. Hegseth had never run an large agency like the Defense Department, but that is ok, before MAGA elected Trump to be President, he had never been in the military or served as a political leader anywhere, at any time.

It is not hard...it is not complicated, Israel is a genocidal apartheid state keeping millions of Palestinian Arabs locked up behind concrete and bullets, bullet paid for by American money.
