I found this article to be thought provoking. And I think it applies Romany societies throughout the world which feel justified committing horrific criminal acts against perceived enemies. The USA experienced it in Vietnam. They say it has been an issue throughout the former Yugoslavia. Germany to some degree still experinces it. And all those secretive regimes throughout the world, such as Russia, china, N Koea, etc, also no doubt experience it. Otherwise healthy societies are traumatized and morally disfigured through concerted acts of evil against innocent people.

Phoenix is turning into Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE. Heat so stifling you cannot go outside during the day except for about fifteen minutes at a time. There are relatively few people who can give Osama Bin Laden, Adolph Hitler, Pol Pot, Mao and Stalin a run for their money for pure hate filled ideologic evil. Yahya Sinwar was of that ilk. Nobody anywhere doubts but that he would have exterminated every last Jewish person alive not only in Israel, but also in the entire world, if he had had the chance. I personally do believe that indeed most of the polls constantly showing that the race is neck and neck is more a function of the mass media wanting to make more and more money by keeping the public nervous and uncertain than it is a function of actual data from scientifically carried out polls in different States.

It is not in the best financial interests of CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, Newsmax or any other political news reporting source to make it appear as if one candidate or another has a significant lead. Put another way, I do believe corporate media in America is lying to us, - but for financial reasons, not ideological reasons.

We are being lied to not because any corporate executives necessarily care who wins the election. Generating more money is all they are interested in. It has obviously been like that for at least the past 3 presidential elections.

IMHO, the Founding Fathers had the right idea about not mostly disenfranchising rural States, but came up with a really lousy unfair solution. And if I had a better solution, I would share it with all of you.

Obviously Israel has been planning and plotting over the last two decades or so of relative peace in the region. Does that make them smart? Obviously Hamas and Hezbollah have been doing a really crappy job of scheming and preparing over the last two decades or so. Does that make them stupid? In fact, does that make Hamas Leadership the grand winner of the all time Stupid Award for initiating the attack on the Israeli music festival with litte to any plan for what to do when Israel predictably responds with overwhelming force? Mostly impoverished Hamas raids Israel from the Gaza Strip, kills over 1100 civilians and kidnaps over 200 civilians many of whom are raped to death. Israel invades Gaza, kills 50,000+ Palestinian civilians and completely flattens the entire Gaza Strip. From Lebanon, Hezbollah starts shooting thousands of mostly powerless rockets into Israel killing pretty much nobody, but causing anger and fear. Israel uses those attacks to justify a military ground invasion of Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon. Iran reacts to that invasion of their puppet regime and begins air raids bombing Israel, that mostly kill nobody, but once again ups the ante on the growing conflict.

Do I have this mostly right?

And who are the good guys in all this? Seriously. Is there anyone who the sane people can be "rooting" for?
