Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear gave multiple updates Monday on flooding impacts across the state, including an update on the death toll. Two people have died after a small plane crashed soon after it took off from a municipal airport in Georgia, around 30 miles east of Atlanta. There have been increased concerns and fears over flight safety in the wake of a number of aviation disasters across the country in recent weeks.
