Massive layoffs of VA employees " including nurses, doctors, and positions already facing critical shortages nationwide "

Trump/MAGA largely does this sort of thing just to jerk someone's chain.
It's an ego-satisfying demonstration of power.
The more worthy, and the more needy, of the victim group the satisfying the chain-jerking is.
It's mental illness. Everyone reading this has experienced someone with this particular type who had much less power.
This chai-jerking has no boundaries.
There will be disease, death, and impoverishment.
Yeah, I know that you're sick of hearing about it.
Think of how much sicker you will be to live it.
Like these veterans are.

My VA doctor retired last year, only to be replaced 7 months later by a nurse-practitioner from within VA system. Now I heard that she'l be gone soon meaning in order to see a physician at my local VA facility, I'll have to present in the ER, even if the complaint is minor, over-taxing already thin care to the point of breaking the system enough for his criminal Wall Street buddies to call for complete privatization, exposing the vets to substandard and/or possible denial of treatment from notoriously indifferent HMOs.

We all know how Trump feels about veterans and it's probably to cover up his own "bone spurs" cowardice when he was called to serve. However, he's also about $3 Trillion dollars short of justifying the extension of the tax break he promised to his uber-wealthy friends to pay them back for those lofty sums they invested in his election.
If we recall . . .
Trump failed in his attempt to abolish the limit on the national debt so he's turning over every rock and scraping the bottom of every barrel for how to keep that tax break for his friends in the national budget which is coming due in March.

BOZO thinks Trump loves him.
Imagine his surprise. His wet-dream Daddy-Man-crush is sticking it to him.
It wont be the last time.

According to the report, he received a "Notice of Termination' email from the VA" which told Feliz, "The agency finds, based on your performance, that you have not demonstrated that your further employment at the agency would be in the public interest." "I was a first sergeant" Feliz told WSB-TV. "My job was to take care of troops, making sure they were paid, fed, and slept. Why is this happening to us? I've been here too long for this to be happening." "Why? Why do this? We call this a Pearl Harbor," Feliz added.
Pearl Harbor? Tojo was a savvy genius.

""Why? Why do this?"
Answer to that question:
It's Donald Trump. The word "Ethics" should have been Feliz's first clue.
To Trump, that word alone is like sunlight to a vampire in a syfi movie.

Donald Trump and Republicans hate veterans.
Why couldn't they just die performing their duties?
I'm sure Trump supporters are okay with this.

As I said before. With budget negotiations already underway for a vote in March, Trump is in a bad spot. He's desperate to offset that tax break for the wealthy people who invested in his election. They're demanding a return on that investment.
Every spending cut Trump is making is because of that and he doesn't care who or how many he has to hurt to get it. Not to mention that his tariff scheme is losing ground and some of his other big ticket cuts is running into resistance from the federal courts.
And then there's the mid-terms to worry about and Trump's slim margins in both the House and Senate are on shaky ground.
What you're seeing before your eyes is Trump running out of time to keep that promised tax cut in the budget and in the process of slowly unraveling.

Along with these Nazis ------- up my National Park Service job, they are gutting the VA which I depend upon as having served in the US Army and left because I had a serious in the line of duty injury that granted me a pension and health care with the VA. My doctor already had over 1000 patients to attend to and she was 68 years old and now I guess she will have 3000 patients to care for. A pox on that fat orange woman raping daughter lusting pig grifting traitor and bullet for Elon Musky.

#15 Are you new here? The DR left call people like you fuc**ing moochers. You and people like you are moochers of their tax dollars. You were paid a fair wage to do a job, period. Any VA benefits is a mooching burden on society. They are CHEERING Trump for any and all cuts made to the VA system. They agree with President Trump. Some even voted for him, based on the hope he guts the VA. You should have planned better. A plan that that did not include living off their tax dollars after you retired/changed jobs.

I'm looking ahead two years for a big change of leadership in both the House and the Senate and hopefully an Articles of Impeachment against Trump to put an end to his carnage.

Impeachment? Trump's been through two of those and, if anything, it only made him worse.
Need 67 Senate votes to remove Trump from office, so that's unlikely to happen.
No, Trump will be living la vida loca for the next four years, and Vance for the eight after.
