I can confidently state that the leagues, in consultation with medical professionals can assure just and competitive sports.

I disagree there are only so many women's national champions in the NCAA.
With a 20% NCAA championship rate it wouldn't be long before transwomen were out competing for more than half of them.

2. the victim initiated the meet up with the alleged perpetrator
3. the victim chose the location of the meet up.
4. the alleged perpetrator just so happen to wear a skirt (apparently in an effort to be "shocking"-can't remember where I read that but that is my recollection)
5. the attack occurred 2 months before the trans bathroom policy was approved.
6. according to the alleged perpetrator's mother (again by recollection), he did NOT identify as trans.

This has zero to do with trans issues and was a SA arising out of a relationship.
