Why is it that when I was a lowly PFC, that happened to hold a top security clearance, I had a long list of things that I could 'not' do yet, these scumbags broke like 20 of those rules and can just blame it on the magazine editor they mistakenly sent it to? I have an old high school buddy that just has real bad luck.
