I'm having to get dental implants to replace two broken root canals. One is done, and I start my "patient journey" with the other soon. Be kind always." Kindness is not weakness, and in fact, it takes more courage to put aside your own ego and be decent to others than it does to belittle and bully them. Pay attention to the things Trump says. How often does he say something uplifting or helpful versus how often he mocks and threatens? Is an obnoxious bully really someone you want to emulate? Someone you want running the country?

MAGA, Fox and Musk have dedicated themselves to keeping their adherents in a constant state of fear and agitation, inflaming their anger and distrust through lies and aggressive rhetoric. They tell their followers it's OK to be a dick. It's OK to give up on democracy. It's OK if you view your fellow citizens as the enemy. It's OK to believe Putin is preferable to a Democrat. Humility and compassion are considered weaknesses. I've never seen anything like it in this country.

I'm taken aback by long-time democrats who used to be against government overreach in speech and privacy. The anti war democrats are gone.

They want you to hate and be suspicious of all of America's institutions. If you can't see how that makes America weaker, you're not using your head.
