Photos are supposed to be of starving children, and not just kids suffering from other illnesses?

Simple enough to prove, show their parents in the photo, since pretty much any parent would go without to make sure their kids have food.

Skinny parents in the photo means possibly hungry kids. No parents in the photo means they're at the all you can eat buffet while they're disabled kid is being used as a prop in Hamas's smear campaign against the Jews.

If Israel allows in aid by third parties, of course it will be used for smuggling weapons since locals will be involved throughout. If Israel does it themselves, like the current plan, Hamas will stir up trouble to stop the distributions and make Israel look bad.
