I'd buy "relatively equal", but they are never going to be identical.

Of course they were not equal!
I told you they were different races.
Also I was a hiring supervisor. I have had many applicants that were very equal (relatively equal) in their qualifications. My touch stone was always whether they had military service or not. Because I know that if they served honorably then I was sure they were already well trained and disciplined.
The correct answer would be that would depend on the diversity of the work force. If the candidates are equally qualified and you did not have a diversified workforce then you should be hiring the minority.
Why?
Because minorities have been discriminated against in America and it's time we made it up to them any way we can. No matter what flavor of maga BS you have been slurping down racism is NOT over in America.
There still persists a hardcore white supremacy racist ideology, which rejects outsiders, anyone who is not white.
So the question is. "What kind of American are you?" (-from the movie Civil War. )
My answers "I am the kind of American who seeks a more perfect Union. Not one divided by race or national origin." (In which case I clearly would have been shot)
Everywhere they Go.. Nobody seems to want them Around.
Why is That?

Are you talking about Israelis? Or Jews in particular? Muslims believe they are the chosen people too. All religions think they are the chosen religion.
I have not seen it to be the case they Nobody wants them around for either. Get a grip. Sorry one of your cherishes died. He chose his death. More people avoid being around Arabs as dangerous terrorists than Israelis bro.
And who is this "Nobody" you refer to and who really cares what "Nobody" thinks?
Which culture would you prefer to live under? Israeli or Hamas?
