No the ---- we did not. Ukraine did not have any defense guarantees in the Budapest Memorandum. It was a promise to not invade and not engage in economic war against them by the signatories. Russia broke it, but nothing in their entitles Ukraine to any other signatories help.

The problem within the Dem party of self-identifying progressives is that they manage to be more unlikable than Trumpers and incredibly naive. Penn dems roll out the red carpet to religious fundamentalists, then are shocked when those same ones come into power and ban pride at the library, in entirely blue areas.
