My local criminals advertise that they are trying to stop "Sharia Law at our doorstep".

It remains to be seen if this new MAGA plea for hysteria will be outmatched by Generals Groceries, Gasoline, and Electricity Rates.

FEMA, under the leadership of Trump/MAGA, will not be there for us when the next catastrophe comes.

That's a good start.

This is a very good time for any external enemy to attack us or our vital interests.

One of the reasons they have not so far is the sure knowledge that Trump will provided them with very good times that are even better.

1) Trump's values are their values, no matter how long and loud they proclaim patriotism and religion.

2) They absolutely hate some people. Of interest is how deep a tan you have to have before this kicks in.

3) Sick pride. It hurts them to admit a mistake, even when it's their arm being chewed off.

4) They are very, very frightened people. A deep fear that beggars easy understanding. One that makes them the perfect victims for bullies, and most of them have likely been bullied throughout their miserable lives.

5) I'm pretty sure that the above list is correct, based on long experience. Please feel free to add to it.

I'm not unconvinced that Trump, with the support of his lackeys, isn't just going to declare himself Supreme Leader.

I suspect there is an entire culture of blackmail. These people blackmail one another in an endless circle. Their behavior has been so ------, so inexplicable, that the theory of blackmail to explain it was advanced almost from the start.

The GOP behaves towards Trump like a pack of servile dogs. Trump behaves towards Putin and Xi like a servile dog.
