Nearly Half of Haley Voters in Ohio Say They'd Back Biden in Exit Polls

Two in 10 to as many as three in 10 Republican primary voters in Ohio continue to resist Donald Trump's presidential candidacy -- and among those supporting Nikki Haley, nearly half say they'd back Joe Biden in November, according to preliminary exit poll results from the Republican primary.

It's probably a good thing the bulk of them were all Biden voters to begin with.

Sure whatever.

But you do realize that by not winning independents and some Biden voters Trumpy will not be able to retake the White House and keep himself out of the courts and out of jail and have his revenge and retribution on Dictator Day.

Looks like he's gonna need to incite another insurrection.

Ain't gonna happen.

Best he's gonna get is a few random acts of terrorism.

Republican presidential primary results speak for themselves. Hard numbers.

As results from primaries have shown, there is a significant number of Republicans who cannot bring themselves to vote for Trump. They'll either sit out or choose to vote for competence and reelect Biden in November.

Then there's the lack of campaign funding for Trump. The RNC is broke, he's spending his PAC money on lawyers. Will the vast majority of big donors step back as many have and withhold their donations, knowing it'll go straight into Trump's pocket one way or another.

Don't pay attention to polls. They aren't accurate at all. And November is a lifetime away in politics.

Trump squeaked in in 2016 and lost badly in 2020. His fan base is maaaaaybe 20% of voters. But they're LOUD.

I'm a little confused as to why Nikki Haley supporters are even there to answer an exit poll, considering she dropped out. Did they show up just to make a protest vote for another csndidate?

both of them?

20 to 30 percent of all Republican voters in Ohio is not a small number.

And some of her donors are big time givers, erm, investors.

I don't find it strange at all that Mark Cuban was supporting Haley nor that he is supporting Biden now.

Lmfao, Mark Cuban is a huge democrat, my initial comment stands. These are all pissed off Democrats who voted for Haley. Good luck to you guys in 2024.

what's your name gonna change to when trump loses?

#14 | Posted by Alexandrite at 2024-03-21 07:28 PM

My name has no reason to change unless Rcade bans me. Sometimes I get it right sometimes I get it wrong. On this though, at this particular moment in time I do think Trump inks out a victory.

Good that you admit you just change your name and come back if you get banned.

Not that anyone is surprised. How many times now?

Never actually. But it gets mentioned it happens here so I assume that's what I would do.

Florida just had a closed primary, and the results were about the same as everywhere else. 91-Counts Donnie hasn't even been exposed in open court yet, and 20% of Repubican voters are already saying, "NFW."

#20 | Posted by chuffy at 2024-03-21 11:55 PM

There are a lot of Democrats in Florida who wanted to say NFW to Biden, but the DNC cancelled the primary.

#21 | Posted by Miranda7 at 2024-03-22 12:57 AM

On national news last night, it was mentioned that 1/4 of the voters don't want either of the present candidates. Whether they will change parties to vote, leave the presidential spaces blank, or just not vote and stay home, is anybodies guess at this point.

#22 | Posted by BBQ at 2024-03-22 03:54 AM

"1/4 of the voters don't want either of the present candidates."

That question should have been followed up with, which party platform do you want.

That would help put it in perspective, what exactly their beef is.

Florida is bizarroworld...what happens when you overpopulate your State with Fox "news" watching retirees. The Democrats there must suffer from crazy by osmosis...at least a little bit.
