Most normal Americans did not have a Constututional duty to defend the Capital from terrorists..
and succeed in murdering the VP so he couldn't certify the election results.

But he never did, finally, wasn't it the Governor of Maryland who ordered the Maryland National Guard tor estore order at the U.S. Capital when it became obvious Orange Hitler was not going fo fulfill his oath of office.
