38 years ago I was the MO for a prison and we had an outbreak. Intensive surveillance, isolation and treatment. We never really considered vaccinating throughout the state system.
Later named in a law suit for violating inmates civil rights by 'intentional and willful' introduction of a fatal disease into the prison. They lost and I said ------ and left.
