Aren't all of his opinions terrible?

They are all bought and paid for.

As the Bard of Avon might interject to Justice Clarence Thomas: "Thou art a yeasty plume-plucked maggot-pie!"

Just as SCOTUS Justices can be impeached, so can naturalized citizens like Elon Musk.

"Aren't all of his opinions terrible?"

Did he even write any of them or just receive the pre-written opinions via e-mail from a benefactor and just forward it to his peers.

Good article.

The Rahimi decision was predictable. Well, to me, at least.

The justices wrote (Thomas ironically, IIRC) in the Heller dicta that no right is absolute and that certain gun control regulations are and would remain constitutional. They then go through a brief listing of historical examples of guns being regulated or banned in where and whom could carry them.

They broadcast quite clearly that certain bedrock restrictions would remain in place. He'll, in Bruen they even said it didn't have to be a perfect analogue to be constitutional.

I think more cases will come up and will be ruled in a surprising fashion, especially challenges to the NFA and National Gun Control act.

Thomas is a very petty and vindictive man. He thinks he deserved respect and honor from the Black community and instead received ridicule and scorn. As a result, he will find that issues relating to Black progress specifically and progressive issues generally are unconstitutional.

He is a petty and vindictive man. If anyone was a DEI hire, it was Clarence Thomas. Republicans were looking for a Black conservative to replace Thurgood Marshall and they found Thomas.

Most likely wrong on Mush. He can no longer have his citizenship revoked unless you can find "Concealment of Material Fact or Willful Misrepresentation" which I highly doubt.
