Yes, but see, somehow this Court is sneakily destroying King Trump with abusive, politically motivated, absurd charges by criminals like Jack Smith!

btw, if that's your story, then why all this fairness on the part of the Fed Court Judge?

See, when Democrats have someone they deem unfit for office they have him removed. When Republicans have an adjudicated rapist and convicted felon that hasn't won anything since 2016, they can't do anything. Democrats can make the tough decision. The Republicans are Punk Azs --------.

Judge Chutkan isn't taking any hostages.

She's scheduled hearings for trump's election Interference case for;
September 26: Special Counsel Jack Smith files his opening brief.
October 17: Trump's files his response to that opening brief
October 29: Smith files his reply brief
All before Election Day.

This case will be front and center for the rest of the campaign. The baby talking, low energy fraudster will be exhausted.

Chutkan: "This court is not concerned with the electoral schedule. That's nothing I'm going to consider." That's the exact opposite of what Trump is urging, even as he accuses DOJ of taking account of it.

"I understand there's an election pending... the election is not relevant here. This court is not concerned with the electoral schedule."

"I'm not talking about the presidency, I'm talking about a four-count indictment."

Boom!

Those briefs will be about detailed evidence of the Buffoon's criminal conduct, not quite, but almost, as good as a trial before the election.

At least you're honest. You admit they had him removed, most of the people on this site think he's like George Washington and just step aside and left power on the table. How magnanimous.

Yeah, when I saw that date and what would be presented I thought it to be significant.

thx for confirming my opinion.

Found a new version of this song on youtube recently.

It seems Passenger asked Ed Sheeran to join him.

imo, this version is better than the original...

Passenger - Let Her Go (Feat. Ed Sheeran) (2023)
www.youtube.com

Lyrics excerpt...

genius.com

...
[Chorus]
Well, you only need the light when it's burning low
Only miss the sun when it starts to snow
Only know you love her when you let her go
Only know you've been high when you're feeling low
Only hate the road when you're missing home
Only know you love her when you let her go
...

Good tune, imo.

Now the felony sentencing is delayed until after the election.

Our criminal justice system is a joke, a ------- pathetic pile of ----. If you're poor or a minority? ---- YOU GO TO PRISON, NOW!

If you're a rich pile of dog excrement who is an obvious self-admitted criminal, well we might get to dealing with your case a decade from now. Despite that orange ---- goblin causing infinite more damage.

All capped by a SC that makes him a king.

---- all these people, from Smith to Garland to Biden to that ---- in Fl to Alito to the rest of the scum sucking pieces of ----.

---- them all right in their waiting --------.

Will ----ler just stroke out already? America is sick of him.

Would it have been a fundraising boon for the poor old rapist felon if he'd been sentenced before the election?

I was going to write a comment, but it turned out to be quite similar to your comment.

So I punted.

Instead, I'll ask, where is the lawfare here?

The Cases of January 6th
apnews.com

... The Associated Press has spent more than three years tracking the nearly 1,500 Capitol riot cases brought by the Justice Department. AP reporters have reviewed hours of video footage and thousands of pages of court documents. They have sat through dozens of court hearings and trials for the rioters who descended on the Capitol and temporarily halted the certification of President Joe Biden's victory.

These videos represent a mere fraction of the evidence that prosecutors have presented to juries and judges deciding these cases.

Rich people's justice system, looks the same except for all the millions that are spent on appeals and bought off judges...though maybe it doesn't matter that Trump gave the job to Judge Cannon who slow walked his case in Florida, and perhaps it doesn't matter that Trump named one third of the bigoted far right Catholic Supreme Corrupt Court.
He was even convicted of felonies, and it is as if that trial never happened.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

But then again Trumpy was never interested in justice. Was he?

He is more interested in defying the law.

President, George Washington observed, "it is my duty to see the Laws executed: to permit them to be trampled upon with impunity would be repugnant to" that duty.

According to the constitution the President may neither breach federal law nor order his or her subordinates to do so, for defiance cannot be considered faithful execution.
