It is beginning to look like the only way fmr Pres Trump will avoid this trial and the wealth of evidence that SC Smith has amassed is by winning on Election Day. Such a win would allow him to directly interfere with the DoJ and its cases.

Coke should hire Trump to bring back an old ad campaign.

Ad idea:
Opening scene: a tune is playing that might seem familiar to people 50 and older. No lyrics though. Video footage shows Josh Hawley signaling his support to traitor insurrectionists and use AI to make it look like he's holding a coke
Scene 2: Rudy telling the crowd at the ellipse "Let's have trial by combat" with the American flag in the background replaced with a coke flag and add a can of coke to his lectern.
Scene 3: Trump telling traitor insurrectionists at the elipse to "fight like hell". Again coke flag and maybe give Trump two or three coke cans. Maybe a coke hat too.
Scene 4: footage of J6 insurrectionist storming the capitol and beating a cop but replace the Nazi, Confederate and Trump flags with coke banners.
Scene 5: AI generated footage of Ashley Babbit drinking a coke before getting herself deleted.
Scene 6:Josh Hawley running away from traitor insurrectionists while wearing a coke track suit
Close on a shot of Trump sitting down in front of a tv with a big smile as someone hands him a coke. He takes a drink and then gives a big grin and holds up the can that is timed perfectly with the addition of the lyrics to the tune that has been playing "Have a Coke and a smile"

"New details emerged in an attached transcript of an interview with Trump's then-valet, conducted by the Jan. 6 committee.

The valet said he informed Trump his speech was "cut off" on TV because his supporters were rioting at the Capitol " drawing frustration, about the speech, from Trump. Then, he got Trump a Diet Coke as the former president watched the riot unfold.

Based on the transcript, it appeared that the valet reviewed time-stamped images of his interactions with Trump throughout the interview. The transcript was released by House Republicans earlier this year, but they opted to redact that section of the testimony.

'

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who oversees the trial proceedings, released the information against objections from Trump, suggesting his desire to shield the information due to the election amounted to its own form of interference.

"If the court withheld information that the public otherwise had a right to access solely because of the potential political consequences of releasing it, that withholding could itself constitute"or appear to be" election interference," she wrote in a Thursday night order requiring the documents' release.

'

Spread out over four filings totaling 1,889 pages, the trove includes grand jury testimony, communications and other documents assembled by prosecutors.

The exhibits support a 165-page brief filed by Smith earlier this month breaking down his case against Trump in the wake of a Supreme Court decision that determined former presidents retain broad immunity from criminal prosecution for many of their core official actions.

Prosecutors argue Trump's effort to thwart the transfer of power was almost entirely carried out as a private citizen. Trump's attorneys are due to respond in the days following November's presidential election."

More regarding fmr Pres Trump and J6...

Donald Trump Just Made 'Sharply Self-Incriminating' Statement -- Legal Analyst
www.newsweek.com

... Former President Donald Trump made a "sharply self-incriminating" statement during his Univision town hall on Wednesday, legal analyst and former U.S. assistant attorney Glenn Kirschner said Thursday. ...

In a YouTube video posted Thursday, Kirschner, a MSNBC legal analyst and frequent Trump critic, said the former president's comments about the riot during the town hall were "sharply self-incriminating" because Trump used the "royal we" when describing the insurrection. ...

Kirschner turned to a transcript of Trump's response to Ramiro González, a 56-year-old construction worker with Cuban heritage, who told Trump at the Univision town hall that he is a former Republican who is no longer registered.

"I want to give you the opportunity to try and win back my vote," González said to Trump. "Your action and maybe inaction, during your presidency and maybe the last few years, sort of, was a little disturbing to me."

He added: "What happened during January 6, and the fact that you waited so long to take action while your supporters were attacking the Capitol."

Kirschner then read out Trump's answer, saying, "Ashli Babbitt was killed. Nobody was killed. There were no guns down there. We didn't have guns. The others had guns, but we didn't have guns."

The "other side," Kirschner said, "would be the police, who were protecting the people in the U.S. Capitol who were trying to certify Joe Biden's election win."

The legal analyst said that the moment highlighted Trump's relation to the rioters that day. "By using that royal 'we,'-- 'we didn't have guns at the Capitol,' -- Donald Trump aligns himself with the angry mob, with the insurrectionists." ...

My guess would be that SC Smith was taking notes...

... and a faux pas like the comment cited in #9 may be why the Trump campaign seems to be reducing fmr Pres Trump's appearances.

WASHINGTON " A trove of new records released in the federal election-interference case against former President Donald Trump described how money was spent on Trump's "Stop the Steal" rally near the White House on Jan. 6, 2021.

The newly released documents also show that an unnamed organization budgeted as much as $3 million on the Jan. 6 rally and related events, including for bringing VIP guests and protesters to Washington and ad buys for a show of force.

He referred to the insurrectionist traitors as "WE" claiming in another lie that the scum had no firearms. He referred to the police, who were of course armed, as "THEY." Those cops were defending the Capitol from his unwashed masses that day. 140 of those cops were injured, some so grievously that they were forced to retire. For every cop out there voting for the bloated orange convicted felon, this statement should open your eyes, he does not support you, be does not even like you, you are only an instrument for him to wield to suppress out-groups that he does not like, to him, you are "THEY." We should treat him with the respect we show to most 34 count convicted felons, none.

Maybe he was speaking French and actually said "oui" as in "Oui, je suis une criminelle."
