Why does it seem some Democrats are claiming to be something they are not. Experience claimed but lack of authenticity brings out truth and is the crux of this event that turned out fortunately as mostly an embarrassment, just as Walz trying to load a semi auto shotgun which can always be tricky to unfamiliar hands.

Hey I'm not perfect either and had an embarrassing experience on a mil range years ago doing qualifications and firing my M16 on short burst mode. A range is never a place to make mistakes ever. I did have an expert marksmanship small arms ribbon but I was never running for office either.

Hard to understand why they would ever be firing at close range to steel with explosives sitting on the table and also exposed to ricochets. Could have been worse.

I'm kind of shocked that the headline was biased and conveniently omitted the party and instead did not say "US Democrat Senate Candidate Accidentally Shoots Reporter."
