J6 Father and Son Duo Head Off to Prison

"We're an imminent threat': Father-son duo headed to prison for hurling metal pole, barrel at cops during Jan. 6 Capitol breach

'Mark Waynick, 53, and his son Jerry McKane Waynick, 21, were each convicted at a bench trial of 11 felonies, including assaulting law enforcement with a dangerous weapon.

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Donald Trump appointee, sentenced the elder Waynick to 4 1/2 years in prison and his son to 2 1/2 years in prison.

Each will be on probation for three years after their prison release and must pay a $2,000 fine."

.

"The father and son duo were also among those rioters who gathered outside the House chamber chanting "Break it down."

Rioters eventually busted through the door and entered the chamber.

Someone recording the incident asked the younger Waynick what he had seen.

He replied there were "guns" and said "We're an imminent threat to the people inside."

.

Of course, it's always the muscle that gets caught and convicted.

The Mob Boss gets away with planning the riot, sending the Mobsters to stop the counting of the real Ballots, and trying to substitute the Fake Ballots.

Guess there's no such thing as a patriotic Trumper, cause they are happy he got away with his obvious crimes.

As dozens of their fellow Trumpers who worked for him testified under Oath.

Will Pres-elect Trump pardon them?

If so, on what basis?

"Will Pres-elect Trump pardon them?"

Yes.

If so, on what basis?

The basis that SCOTUS won't stop him.

If Trump pardons the Jan 6 insurrectionists, then that means the rest of us have to understand that the rule of law is dead in America, that not only Trump but his gang are not subject to arrest.

Biden Democrats know the rule of law means nothing. They know being a Democrat by definition means nothing. They know being a Democrat politician means nothing.

"I'll never pardon my corrupt son" says Joe Biden until I do so for clearing my own corruption says Joe Biden. I want to see him held fully to account as a typical lying lifetime politician.

I want to see him held fully to account as a typical lying lifetime politician.

"Core constitutional" presidential powers, such as the enumerated pardon power, are immune from "full" accountability. So sayeth the USSC in support of the Buffoon.

I intrepidly anticipate the insane support you and your ilk will extend the Buffoon for his expected bizarre execution of such core powers.
