US Abandons Planning New Military Exercises in Europe

The US has informed its allies that it intends to stop planning for upcoming military exercises in Europe. According to Expressen's sources, the US planning halt does not apply to exercises already in motion for 2025. The US wants to reduce military spending in Europe and Trumpf has expressed that he wants to prioritize the Indo-Pacific region, focusing on China.

Sweden's new jet fighter, the JAS 39 Gripen, is a multi-role fighter jet, designed for high survivability and rapid turnaround in combat. Trump is leaving the door open to Europe for Russia.

Europe has some grace as Russia licks its substantial wounds.

After that, they need to be prepared for war.

This is nothing new. It started when Obama was the prez. I spend much of my time doing exercise planning and partner nation integration, especially with SOF and AF. It has been busy as hell. In the past several months I met with the heads of the military services for several of our allies. Some of them had a very strange vibe. Maybe this is why. Maybe they knew something we didn't.

Everything FDT is doing benefits Russia.

We no longer have allies in Europe, more like wary acquaintances. It's only a matter of time before the ClOwN in ChiEF abandons NATO.

Word on the street is that when former Fox Weather weekend wag Pete "No, I'm sober" Hegseth found out that the US military works 24 / 7 / 365 he decided to change things up. Everyone now has to be on base Monday-Friday, 0830-1700, and no overtime will be approved...
