Felon Freed by Trump Charged with Assaulting Child

A convicted drug dealer serving a 10-year federal prison sentence before his sentence was commuted by Donald Trump has been arrested on charges of assaulting a three-year-old child, elderly man and his wife; groping his family nanny; and threatening a hospital staffer. Jonathan Braun also lost a $20 million judgment to the Federal Trade Commission for illegal customer withdrawals at his loan company and evaded tolls 40 times because his Lamborghini and Ferrari sports cars lacked license plates.

Braun, who was a high-ranking member of an international group that smuggled more than 220,000 pounds of marijuana from Canada, only served one year of his original sentence before Trump commuted his sentence without explanation.

Trump "stands by" his decision, White House spokesperson Harrison Fields said.

Here's what the loser who assaulted a toddler looks like. Jonathan Braun is a POS based on what the newspapers wrote about him, so of course Trumpf pardoned him: nypost.com

Harrison Fields, a White House spokesperson, said Trump "stands by" his decision.

Trump: [checks guy's photo and confirms that he is White] "I bigly stand by my decision!"

Sundowning grandpa befuddlepants has all the best people.

The pain this three year old endured was a small price to pay for the freedom for the proud boof J6 masterminds.

Remember when tRump promised the death penalty for dealers?
Or was that for dealers who couldn't afford to a pardon?

According to Trumper logic, because this one man assaulted a child, ALL WHITE MEN MUST BE DEPORTED NOW.

This guy was released from prison for crimes related to marijuana. Unless every one of you clowns support mandatory sentences, without parole of clemency, for crimes related to MJ, then STFU. You look retarded. BTW he will be held accountable for his new accusations - unlike Hunter Biden, guilty of gun crimes and fraud.

This is typical for the smelly rapist who pardoned a cop killer.

This guy was released from prison for crimes related to SMUGGLING 200,00 pounds of marijuana.

He wasn't just a casual user and smoking it like you are apparently.

We don't need smuggler's because we need to bring manufacturing back to America. Remember?

Releasing a guy convicted of smuggling weed isn't a problem. Smuggling weed is a public service.

Turns out this guy had other issues.

(I don't care about toll evasion either, tolls are a regressive tax and they need to go away.)

evaded tolls 40 times

-that bastard!

@#14 ... he was bringing in Canadian rag weed and evading tariffs. ..

LMAO For real? Yes he broke the law. Do you believe anyone who's found guilty of crimes related to MJ shoould have to serve their full prison sentences? Asking for Snoofy and Yav...

Also don't forget about the unpaid tolls he evaded, ------ should fry over that ----.

@$16 ... Yes he broke the law. ...

Wow.

Good to see your current alias agree to that.

OK, now, let's move on ...

... Do you believe anyone who's found guilty of crimes related to MJ shoould have to serve their full prison sentences? ..

I believe that anyone convicted of a crime should serve their full sentence.

But I'll also add that the current Trump admin has seemed to discard the Constitutional aspect of that.

Stated differently, loyalty to Pres Trump seems to trump (no pun intended) the law of the Constitution.
